For online purchases not connected to a one to one, "face to face" (including in person, virtual, or telemarketing) sales meetings, RYDER MEDIA INC has a 30 (thirty) day money back guarantee, unless otherwise indicated by specific product refund terms. If you are unhappy with the product or service, you may request a refund of these products or services at any time within those thirty days. Subscription plans with monthly, quarterly, yearly or other custom terms may be canceled at any time. Upon a cancellation request, you will not be billed any further subscription amounts and will retain access until the end of the current subscription term period.
Purchases, including products or services sold through one to one, "face to face" sales meetings (in person/virtual/telemarketing), may be cancelled without penalty or obligation within 3 (three) days from the purchase date. Please email concierge@primedefi.com to get your payment cancelled or refunded. All returns will only be credited back to the account used to make the original purchase.Â
